If there is any issue with any product, a thorough investigation will be conducted within 24 hours.
We will personally contact you by phone and not in an impersonal way such as email.
We will ensure that the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.

If the fault lies with the client, we will still take a customer-friendly approach and offer compensation. However, if the same client continues to experience issues—considering that 98% of our clients are satisfied—the client will be removed from our database.

All actions will be taken promptly, within 24 hours to 3 days.

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days, as our products come directly from the farm and our organic items require special preparation.

We do fresh packaging with freshly sourced products.

We package until Fridays at 12:00 PM and dispatch from Upington town on Tuesdays.
